JBC Solder Feed Tools
AP250-A Solder Feed Iron. This tool is ideal for repetitive tasks and, with its improved ergonomic design, ensures maximum comfort when working. The AP250 allows the user to manage the administration of tin pushing the trigger with one hand. The AP250-A Solder Feed Iron is fully compatible with any JBC station within the Modular Line and the CA Solder Feed Station within the Compact line. It incorporates an anti-rotation screw which adjusts cartridge alignment to suit the component. The AP250 work with C250 cartridges and has the C250403 tip already inserted. It is also provided with the feeder nozzle and the corresponding reel and an accessories set.
AL250-B Auto-Feed Iron is the most appropriate tool for extensive soldering applications that require one free hand. The AL250 supplies the tin wire automatically provided by the AL Auto-Feed station. This comfortable tool incorporates an anti-rotation screw to best align the cartridge. The AL250 works with C250 cartridges. Supplied with the C250403 cartridge and the 0002401 guide tube.
SF280-A Solder Feed Handle This ergonomic Solder Feed Handle allows you to feed solder wire automatically from any position. It works with the SF Automatic Solder Feeder and is compatible with solder diameters from Ø 0.5 up to 1.5 mm (see guide sets, sold separately). You can press the button to feed the solder wire or use the P-005 pedal connected to the SF. You can change the guide tube for each application.
